Photos make me crazy

At work I usually have problems with different CODECS to show those darn TV commercials to clients. On PC it usually works bad - unless you are an IT freak and are pressing two million buttons and then "quala" - and the clip opens wrongly without sound. On MAC - same problem, just that you can not turn computer off or reset it - batteries have to be removed ...
Anyway, so I have tried to glue a photo of me to "my profile" - for the second time. And thinking - how good that I am not into computers ...
